We are Edinburgh Charcuterie Company Ltd trading as East Coast Cured, a company registered in Scotland. Our company registration number is SC588712 and our registered office address is 4 Lindean Place, Edinburgh, EH6 8BB. Our registered VAT number is GB 264 0653 12.

OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
East Coast Cured shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet the customers expectations with respect to delivery. In the very unlikely event that East Coast Cured fails to make delivery of an order for any reason other than cause beyond East Coast Cured’s, or the customer’s, reasonable control and East Coast Cured is accordingly liable to the customer, East Coast Cured’s liability shall be limited to the excess (if any) of the cost to the customer of similar goods to replace those not delivered over the price of the goods.
Our products are hereby warranted to conform in all material respects with their description and to be free from material defects and to be of a satisfactory quality and to conform in every respect with the requirements of all regulations relating to food stuffs now in force in the UK. East Coast Cured will not be liable for defects arising from the customer failing to follow oral or written instructions as to storage, use and maintenance of the goods purchased or (if there are none) good trade practice regarding the same.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND SUBSTITUTION
Products and their packaging may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are offered subject to availability. In the event of a product being unavailable substitutions will only be made with the prior agreement of the customer.

Placing an order
We are a small team and while we strive to organise and post orders on the day we receive them this is not always feasible. it is best to place your order early so as not to be disappointed. We do not post over the weekend.
Packaging
All of our meats are vacuum-packed and packed in a cardboard box.
Returns
All of our charcuterie products are classed as perishable goods, therefore we cannot accept returns. However if there is something that you suspect is wrong with your order please contact us immediately, send us a picture of the product and we will refund you the full amount.

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
