Based on an Italian recipe we use the lean meat from the loin of the pig and cure it in black pepper to create this tender cut.
Serving suggestion: Enjoy it on a sandwich with olive tapenade, as a pizza topping or simply as part of a charcuterie board.

Shelf-life & storage: All of our sliced meats come vacuum-packed & have a 3 month shelf-life from when we slice & pack them.
