Peter's Yard Mini Sourdough Crackers
These award-winning crackers don’t need much of an introduction. We got them for purely selfish reasons - we love them!
Peter’s Yard combine Swedish tradition with British craft & natural ingredients to create their hand-baked sourdough crackers. Each batch starts with their signature sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours. They roll the dough until it’s thin & delicate, then dust with rye flour & gently bake for a dappled crisp & slightly wobbly cracker. Savour the crunch with your favourite salami or cheese.
