Soft, rich and full of flavour, our smoked chorizo combines fiery chipotle peppers, smooth red wine and a blend of spices, with smoke from Scotch whisky oak. The perfect addition to stews, paellas, pizzas, pasta and many other savoury dishes.

  • 1 x salami weighing approximately 150g (we use natural skins and hand-tie our salamis so there may be weight variations of +/- 10g)

  • As we make everything by hand the weights and sizes, and therefore prices, of our individual products vary from batch to batch. This is reflected in the changing weights & prices on our online shop. Smoked Chorizo, £5.40/ 100g.

  • Ingredients: Pork (60%), salt, dextrose, curing salts (E250 & E252), wine, garlic, herbs & spices

  • Allergens: Our herbs & spices are packed in a plant that handles nuts, sesame, wheat, soya, gluten & mustard

  • Storage: Store in a cool place. Once opened consume within 2 weeks (9-month shelf-life for vac-packed products)
